I don't know what you mean by position
but is it supposed to say "I'm always a dream"?

You've spelt 'watashi' wrong xD that says 'otashi' there.

If it's actually supposed to say, "I'm always dreaming", you put:

わたし　は　いつも　ゆめ　を　みている。
[ watashi wa itsumo yume o miteiru ]

If you need me to explain the sentance structure and word meanings, omail me.
